Den Dental Group has been using DecaDent since April 2013. The service they offer is exceptional. I can’t speak highly enough of Mike Bojko for servicing our chairs and suction motors, his experience and knowledge outweighs any of the previous companies we have used in the past. Managing the equipment for a fairly large company, the communication I receive from Mike is excellent, I am kept up to date and informed of everything that is going on in every one of our practices. The communication extends to the DecaDent office; the service is fantastic. The team are very professional and give you their undivided attention however big or small the job. We recently relocated our practice from a small two surgery practice in an old Victorian town house, to a brand-new purpose built four surgery practice located by the river. After ringing Deca-dent to see if they could give us a quote, I had the good fortune of contacting Alex Partt, who promptly came down to Cornwall to meet with us in person and listen to our plans. From that moment on we had nothing but the highest quality customer service imaginable, Alex was at our disposal throughout the whole process, either on the end of the phone night and day, or in person at the drop of a hat. He helped us work through every detail of the relocation and was always there to suggest great ideas and solutions to any of our problems along the way.

The team at Deca-dent provided us with two new A-Dec 500 chairs, a new compressor, centralised suction motor, four new x-ray units, all the cabinetry for four surgeries, the decontamination room and the staff kitchen and even helped source and fit our main reception desk complete with our practice logo emblazoned on the front.

All of the work carried out, including equipment supplied and fitted, was done so on time and to a very high standard, integrating seamlessly around all the other trades involved in the build, as the new premises evolved in to the amazing practice we now have.

I cannot recommend Deca-dent enough for all their hard work and skill in helping us realise our dreams and this has been reinforced by the countless compliments and positive feedback from all our patients.

Dental Equipment Servicing Package

As part of our servicing package, we carry out annual checks and can provide service/maintenance contracts which are in line with CQC regulations.

If there is an emergency, and your equipment breaks down, then one of our fully trained engineers will call out to your practice and carry out any necessary repairs, usually on the same day.

If any of your equipment breaks down and cannot be repaired on-site, then we can often supply you with loan equipment whilst yours is being fixed. That way you can continue to operate with minimal disruption to you, your practice, staff, or patients.
