In order to achieve “best practice” we decided to install a decontamination room in our Grade 2 listed building. Miles Tucker from DecaDent arrived promptly, following my call, to plan and advise. We quickly came up with a plan, and I had plans drawn within a week. The workmen arrived two weeks later, I have rarely seen more committed or tidier workers, within a total of five working days it was done! Cabinets, flooring, plumbing, decoration and equipment.

We at Savernake Forest Dental Practice were faced with a difficult challenge; to relocate our practice over a weekend. With help from Tony and Miles, our 4 surgeries were dismantled, moved and reinstalled with minimal fuss thanks to thorough planning and great expertise. Along with their good humour and reasonable costs we have had excellent service.

We recently relocated our practice from a small two surgery practice in an old Victorian town house, to a brand-new purpose built four surgery practice located by the river. After ringing Deca-dent to see if they could give us a quote, I had the good fortune of contacting Alex Partt, who promptly came down to Cornwall to meet with us in person and listen to our plans. From that moment on we had nothing but the highest quality customer service imaginable, Alex was at our disposal throughout the whole process, either on the end of the phone night and day, or in person at the drop of a hat. He helped us work through every detail of the relocation and was always there to suggest great ideas and solutions to any of our problems along the way.

The team at Deca-dent provided us with two new A-Dec 500 chairs, a new compressor, centralised suction motor, four new x-ray units, all the cabinetry for four surgeries, the decontamination room and the staff kitchen and even helped source and fit our main reception desk complete with our practice logo emblazoned on the front.

All of the work carried out, including equipment supplied and fitted, was done so on time and to a very high standard, integrating seamlessly around all the other trades involved in the build, as the new premises evolved in to the amazing practice we now have.

I cannot recommend Deca-dent enough for all their hard work and skill in helping us realise our dreams and this has been reinforced by the countless compliments and positive feedback from all our patients.

We feel fortunate to have forged a great relationship with the team at DecaDent. At our first meeting with MD, Miles, he understood what we wanted to achieve and that we wanted to do something a little bit different. We embarked on a project of fully renovating 4 surgeries working closely with DecaDent… we had free reign to choose our colour schemes, themes for the walls and the technology we wanted to include which was all made possible with their expert knowledge. We now continue our relationship with our annual service package and also engineering support… Mike Bojko is quite an exceptional engineer and puts up with us beautifully!

We were lucky enough to have our practice fitted out by DecaDent. We found them very knowledgeable and professional. The level of service and communications have been second to none. Without them our practice would not be what it is today.

I could write a 10,000 word dissertation on how Decadent have transformed a 2000’s decrepit high street bank into the best looking dental clinic in the UK and helped us on the way to becoming officially the Best Dental Clinic in the South West and Wales but I’ll save that for my grandchildren.

But what I will say is this: if you’re looking to build a squat, refurb, add a surgery, relocate, buy equipment or just need solid, dependable maintenance company without getting dental taxed to high heaven (which we all know it happens) then these are your guys.

They built everything for us. From planning the floor layout to hanging the final mirrors, Alex, Dave and their incredible team have been phenomenal. No ask is too big, no details are too small. They will get it right and they know how to do it properly.

Our team love coming to work in our new home and our clients cannot be anything but wowed every single time they walk through the door. Our clinic is special and you guys are too.
