Meet the Team

DecaDent’s team has the knowledge to advise, install and support the equipment that will provide you with the best solution for your practice.

With over 100 years of combined dental engineering expertise, there really isn’t anything that DecaDent hasn’t had experience with, from suction systems for dental schools and hospitals through to the latest in digital dentistry.

MILES TUCKER

MANAGING DIRECTOR

A long and successful history in the dental industry, with companies such as KaVo, Sirona and A-dec, has perfectly schooled DecaDent’s MD and founder to lead one of the UK’s best service-oriented suppliers that dental professionals could wish for.

Rather than take over an existing outfit, Miles realised that to set the bar higher he needed to start with first principles and build a brand new company from the ground up. Now over a decade on, this team continues to go from strength to strength.

To this end he has recruited a core team of highly skilled and experienced engineers and customer support specialists whom together offer DecaDent’s customers the very best quality products and services in a leading-edge business and project management environment.

Too much work makes Jack a dull boy and Miles likes spending valuable time with his family, following motorsport, hacking round the golf course occasionally, travelling, food and wine etc…. ah, the simple pleasures!

TONY CLARK

TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Tony’s extensive experience and technical expertise led him to join DecaDent in 2010, becoming the company’s very first engineer. As DecaDent expanded, Tony became a familiar and trusted presence, beloved by customers who looked forward to his visits. He takes pride in being the go-to problem solver for dental practices, always ready to offer equipment advice—even when he’s offsite. Outside of work, Tony loves spending time with his dachshunds, visiting aviation and military events and museums, and a new passion of travel enjoying cruises with his wife, Lynne.

His enormous success in these roles led to him being whisked away by DecaDent in 2010 where he is now reveling in his core role within the industry-leading team that Miles Tucker has put together.

With a list of qualifications and completed training courses as long as his arm, Tony is, without doubt, just the kind of guy that you want in your surgery when the going gets tough … or even if you just need a fuse changed!
