About Kevin

‘Tomo’ as Kevin Thompson is affectionately known served with the RAF for 15 years, the last 5 years of which working on Medical and Dental equipment in RAF Hospitals and Centres. Leaving the RAF in 1995 he took up the role as a Service Engineer for KaVo Dental, where working alongside Tony Clark and Mike Bojko he built up his skills in the Dental Industry.

Over an 11 year period Kevin worked on a vast range of high street and Dental Hospital refurbishment projects, as well as servicing and repairs for customers in the South of the UK.
Kevin has also widened his skills by working in the medical equipment world, repairing complex modern theatre operating tables as well as theatre lighting.

An experienced engineer, he is a good chap to have around when things are not working as they should. Teaming up with his former KaVo colleagues, Kevin joins DecaDent at an exciting time as the company is making its mark on the Dental Industry. Outside of work, Kevin is a keen countryside walker and is a passionate clay pigeon shooter who now aims to shoot DecaDent to the top.
