Dave Hodges Technical Engineer

Having originally been a Domestic Appliance Service Engineer for 4 years, Dave became a Medical Engineer at the Bristol Royal Infirmary in 1976 and has since spent over 32 years servicing, repairing and installing dental equipment. This includes designing his own surgeries, cabinetry and services as well as installing all the equipment, including X-rays, compressors, suction pumps, intra-oral cameras, lights, OPGs and, of course, A-dec dental chairs and delivery systems.
All this experience has left Dave with a keen eye, a sharp wit and an uncanny ability to get straight to the core of any problems and fix them right away.
Over the past few years Dave has often been seen assisting A-dec with their major installations in Bristol and in the Peninsula Dental School sites at Exeter, Devonport and Truro.
Today, Dave is enjoying a whole new lease of life using his skills and his fabulous tool kit keeping the DecaDent team at the forefront of premier customer focussed service, repair and installation.
